Tending the Strangeland Atlas, at $2,500 a month.
Signalform hosts the Atlas, keeps it running, fixes what breaks and improves it as the leaders use it, and supports Syree in running it day to day. One flat fee, priced by what it covers. Tending begins Monday, October 19.

The Atlas is live, and it needs tending.
Strangeland’s Atlas holds the leaders, places, calendar, plans and receipts, in the program’s own words. The final version lands by Friday, October 16.
A live system needs looking after. Dates change, people need a hand, and the program turns up needs nobody planned for. Tending keeps the Atlas accurate and useful through the rest of the program.

Supporting Syree.
Syree runs the Atlas day to day. Signalform supports her directly: showing her how each part works, answering questions as they come up, and handling anything technical.
As she gets comfortable, she takes on more of the routine work, such as approving changes and keeping shared details current.
Roles and responsibilitiesKeeping it hosted.
The Atlas runs on Cloudflare: Cloudflare Pages serves the site, and a Cloudflare key-value store holds its records. During tending it sits on Signalform’s Cloudflare account, and hosting is included in the fee.
The Atlas belongs to Strangeland. When the time is right, it moves to Strangeland’s own account.
Where it’s hostedNew work is quoted first.
Tending covers hosting, upkeep, fixes, small improvements and content changes, the monthly note, and support for Syree.
Anything new and substantial, such as a new room or module, an integration, a major redesign, or the synthesis report Jaime raised, is quoted separately before work starts.
What counts as new workApprove, and tending starts Monday.
